Giveaways on Instagram

Valley Oak Paper giveaways on the Instagram platform are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta in any way, shape or form.

By entering into a Valley Oak Paper giveaway on Instagram, you agree to a complete legal release of Instagram and associated entities. You also confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that you can provide me with a snail mail address that conforms to the requirements in the giveaway announcement post.

Unless otherwise stated, giveaway prizes are not sponsored by the company that made them.

Winners on Instagram

Winners will be chosen at random from those who followed the instructions in the giveaway announcement post. The instructions are:

• Follow ValleyOakPaper on Instagram.

• Like the announcement post

• Comment on the announcement post with the Instagram handle of a cardmaking friend.

• You can comment with different friends as many times as you like, but only include one friend per comment.

• Only comments on the announcement post are part of the random drawing.

The winner will be tagged in a post and/or story on Instagram.

Winners have 72 hours to send me their snail mail address via private message on Instagram from when they were tagged. If they don’t, I will pick another winner.

When I get the winners’ address, I will send off the prize within 5-10 business days.

The winner is responsible for ensuring that the address they provide is correct. If the item is returned to me as undeliverable, the item goes back into my pool of prizes.
